What is WÉ?
WÉ is a hotel comparison site in the making. For now, we offer destination guides (neighbourhoods, budgets, seasons). Offers from our partners are coming soon.
Is WÉ free?
Yes. Searching and comparing costs you nothing. We are paid by our partners when a booking is made after a click on WÉ, at no extra cost to you.
Do I need an account to compare?
No. You can read our guides and, soon, compare hotels without creating an account.
Prices and booking
Where do I book my hotel?
With our partner. When you choose an offer, you are redirected to their site to complete your booking. They handle payment, confirmation and customer service. WÉ does not sell rooms.
Are the prices shown guaranteed?
Prices come from our partners and may change between your search and your booking. The price that counts is the one shown on the partner's site when you book. Always check the total before paying.
Does the price include taxes and fees?
It depends on the partner and the offer. The details (taxes, service fees, tourist tax) are shown on the partner's site before payment. The tourist tax may also be payable on site.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation terms depend on the offer you choose and on the partner. They are shown before payment and in your confirmation email. To cancel or change, contact the partner you booked with directly.
I have a problem with my booking. Who should I contact?
The partner's customer service, whose details are in your booking confirmation. The booking contract is between you and the partner, not with WÉ.
How we earn money
How does WÉ make money?
Through affiliation. When you click on an offer and then book with a partner, they pay us a commission. You do not pay more. The details are on the How WÉ works page.
Is the ranking of offers influenced by this remuneration?
By default, offers are ranked by total price, from lowest to highest. If the ranking of an offer is influenced by remuneration, we say so next to the offer. Everything is explained on the How WÉ works page.
Data and cookies
What data does WÉ collect?
For now, no personal data: there is no account and no search form. If you write to us, we use your message to reply to you.
Does WÉ use cookies?
Not for now: WÉ uses no tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent. The details are in the cookie policy.
How do I delete my data or exercise my rights?
Write to us at weonpartou@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You can also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL) if you think your rights are not being respected.
