Purpose
These terms describe the rules for using the WÉ website. By using the site, you accept them.
The service
WÉ is a hotel comparison site: it lets you search for accommodation and compare offers from partners. Using the site is free and does not require an account.
WÉ acts as a comparison intermediary. WÉ does not sell rooms and is not a party to bookings.
Booking with a partner
WÉ does not publish hotel offers and does not take any bookings. Offers are published by our partners. When you choose an offer, you are redirected to the partner's site. The booking contract is concluded solely between you and the partner (and the hotel), under their terms: final price, taxes, payment, cancellation, changes, refunds, and right of withdrawal where applicable.
If there is a problem with a booking, contact the partner or hotel concerned. WÉ is not a party to the contract and cannot change, cancel or refund a booking.
Prices and availability
Prices, availability, photos and ratings are provided by our partners. They may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown on the partner's site at the time of booking.
How WÉ is paid and how offers are ranked
WÉ receives a commission from its partners when a booking is made after a click on WÉ, at no extra cost to you. The criteria for ranking offers and how payment is taken into account are detailed on the page How WÉ works.
What is prohibited
- Automatically extracting the site's content (scraping, bots) without written permission.
- Disrupting the site's operation or attempting unauthorised access.
- Using the site for illegal purposes or to deceive others.
Intellectual property
The WÉ name, logo and the site's own content are protected. Partner content (photos, descriptions, ratings) belongs to its owners. More details in the legal notice.
Liability
WÉ does its best to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee that information supplied by partners is always accurate, or uninterrupted access.
To the extent permitted by law, WÉ is not responsible for offers published by partners, the actions of partners and hotels, how a stay booked with a partner goes, or the content of third-party sites the site links to.
This limit does not apply to anything that cannot legally be excluded or limited, in particular WÉ's liability for its own faults and your consumer rights.

Changes to the terms
We may change these terms, for example as the service evolves. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by French law. For any complaint about WÉ, write to us at weonpartou@gmail.com. As WÉ sells no services to consumers, any dispute relating to a booking is settled with the partner concerned, which has its own mediation scheme.
