Nature of the service and role of WÉ
In short: WÉ does not publish hotel offers, does not sell any rooms and does not take any bookings. Offers are published by our partners. If there is a problem with a booking, contact the partner or hotel concerned, not WÉ.
WÉ is a hotel information and comparison service. WÉ is not a travel agency, a hotel or a booking platform.
Today, the site does not display any hotel offers: it offers guides and pointers by destination. The rules below will apply as soon as our partners' offers are available.
Who publishes the offers? The offers, prices, photos, descriptions, availability, reviews and conditions of each property are provided and published by our partners (booking platforms) and by the properties. WÉ does not write, set or guarantee them.
Who concludes the booking? When you choose an offer, you are redirected to the partner's site. Booking, payment, confirmation, changes, cancellation and refunds are handled solely with the partner (and the hotel), under their terms. WÉ is not a party to this contract.

Intellectual property
The WÉ name, logo, texts, layout and graphic elements of the site are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.
Hotel photos, descriptions, prices and ratings are provided by our partners, who remain their owners. The Fraunces, Plus Jakarta Sans and DM Sans fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Liability
If there is a problem with a booking (different price, room not as described, overbooking, cancellation, refund, dispute with the hotel, payment error), contact the partner you booked with or the hotel directly. Only they can change, cancel or refund your booking. WÉ has no access to your bookings and cannot act on their behalf.
To the extent permitted by law, WÉ is not responsible for:
- offers, prices, availability, descriptions, photos and reviews published by partners or properties;
- the quality, safety or cancellation of a stay booked with a partner;
- the performance or non-performance of the contract between you and a partner or hotel;
- the content and practices of third-party sites WÉ links to.
WÉ strives to publish accurate information in its guides, but it is given for guidance only (taxes, seasons, weather) and may change without notice. Always check the final price, terms and offer details on the partner's site before booking.
These limits do not apply to anything the law prohibits limiting or excluding, in particular WÉ's liability for its own faults and your rights as a consumer.

Applicable law and disputes
The site is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first: write to us at weonpartou@gmail.com. If you are a consumer, you may bring the matter before the competent courts under the rules applicable to consumers.
As WÉ sells no services to consumers, any dispute relating to a booking is settled with the partner concerned, which has its own mediation scheme.
